Performing Treasury Transformation Assessment to Optimize Your Treasury Organization (A)

Session Description

As corporations grow and evolve, processes, teams and systems are constructed to support the organization. Often the structure is formed through a series of individual decisions over an elongated period of time and may not be optimal given the current demands and anticipated growth. It is advisable to periodically re-evaluate your treasury organization structure, overall strategy, banking landscape, system infrastructure and treasury workflows & processes. This session will provide a detailed look at a Treasury Transformation Assessment including an example benchmarking study and current industry trends. Additionally, we will walk through a systematic process to follow to create a roadmap with a prioritized set of recommendations to achieve the desired future state including resources required to achieve it. The process can be performed holistically or for specific components depending on your situation and capacity.

Attendees will learn key industry trends in the market and a process to benchmark their organization against best practices and develop a roadmap to transform their organization based on priorities and resource availability.
