Improve the Effectiveness and Efficiency of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Reporting (I)

Session Description

Effective use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) requires regular reporting of the measures the organization has decided best reflect progress towards their goals. This session will show how to create an effective Executive Summary of the KPIs and visual representations of the data that can help executives see the insights from the analysis. It will show how groups can leverage tools like Excel to make the reporting easy to update each month, saving time and effort.

  • Learn techniques that reduce the time and effort to update the reports each month.

Speaker Information

Dave Paradi has authored nine books on effective PowerPoint presentations. He is one of only sixteen people in North America to be recognized by Microsoft with the PowerPoint Most Valuable Professional Award for his contributions to the PowerPoint presentation community. He conducts customized training sessions that help corporate professionals visually communicate the messages in their data so they don't overwhelm and confuse executives.

Dave has worked in the financial services industry and has spent the last 18 years running his own business. Dave presented highly rated sessions at the AFP Annual Conference in 2015, 2016, and 2017 and an article on creating visuals for financial messages was published in the AFP Exchange magazine in 2016.

Dave has a Chemical Engineering degree and an MBA from the Tuck Business School.
